Referral Program Agreement
By signing up for the EAS Properties Referral Program, I understand and agree to the following:

Eligibility:
The EAS Referral Program is open to agents who refer clients to EAS Properties for short-term stays (minimum of 7 nights). Referrals must be for first-time bookings only. -
Referral Rewards:
Agents will be eligible for a referral reward for every new client they refer who successfully completes their initial booking with EAS Properties. Extensions or additional bookings made by the client after the initial stay are not eligible for referral rewards. -
Referral Process:
To qualify, the agent must provide the client’s name and booking details before the client completes their reservation. All referral information must be submitted before the client checks in. -
Payment of Referral Rewards:
Referral rewards will be issued once the referred client completes their stay and full payment has been received by EAS Properties. -
Exclusions:
The referral program does not apply to any booking extensions, renewals, or additional stays made by the client after the initial booking. Only the first completed booking qualifies for the reward. -
Program Changes:
EAS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. -
Disqualification:
EAS reserves the right to disqualify any agent from the referral program for improper conduct, false referrals, or failure to adhere to the program's terms -
Referral payments
Payments are made in the same currency that the client used for their payment.
